Borrower FAQ
Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

If you have received something from us, then when you purchased insurance you also elected to finance the insurance premium instead of paying it in full.  You paid a down payment, and EPIC funded the remainder of the balance due to your insurance Carrier.  You make the number of payments shown on the premium finance agreement you signed for the term shown in order to pay off the balance due.

EPIC accepts multiple payment methods – you can mail us a check or money order, log on to the Web Portal and make payment via ACH or Credit Card, or call us at 630-427-4662 24, hours a day, 365 days a year to speak with our payment center and make your payment over the phone via ACH or Credit Card.  You can also enroll in Recurring EFT and have us automatically withdraw your payment amount on the due date by filling and e-signing the Recurring ACH Form.

If you are unable to make your payment by the due date, then your account will go into default status and you may be charged a late fee.  You will receive a late notice, and if the payment is not received by the cancellation date shown, your insurance policy will be cancelled.  If you are having trouble making your payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
